    Job Title: Surgical APP.

    The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant(NP/PA) provides assessment triage therapeutic management of patient/family needs throughout disease process. Provides optimal patient care diagnostic prognostic matters collaborating supervising/collaborating physician(s). Obtains medical histories performs physical examinations reviews/orders diagnostic therapeutic tests radiologic results formulates manages treatment plans.NP/PA may perform procedures prescribe treatment medications accordance institutional state guidelines competency standards autonomous practice managing certain populations first second assistant operative cases using fine motor skills manual dexterity.Evaluates acute surgical conditions fast-paced environment Documents clinical encounters orders procedures electronic medical record Ensures high-quality patient-centered
