AVL SCHRICK GmbH is offering a job in Germany (DE) as a Development Engineer for Electromobility (m/f/d) at our location in Wolfsburg.

YOUR TASKS:

  • Planning, organizing, and conducting test activities in the field of vehicle testing (with a focus on high-voltage components and functions for hybrid and electric vehicles)
  • Scheduling and preparing necessary measurement technology
  • Analysis of measurement results for identifying causes of errors and potential corrective measures
  • Reporting to project coordinators and clients

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
  • Relevant professional experience in testing, specifically in analyzing communication protocols for identifying causes of errors
  • Excellent knowledge of vehicle networking and communication standards/protocols (CAN, Ethernet, etc.)
  • Extensive experience with tools for analyzing vehicle communication, such as CANoe, Wireshark, and similar programs
  • Good understanding of all high-voltage components in electrified vehicles
  • Certification as an Electrical Specialist (EFK) and/or ISTQB qualifications are advantageous
  • Prototype driver's license(s) preferred
  • Fluent in German and good
