As a Sandia forwardthinker, you will:

  • Take on the specialized definition of target processes and standards for the pilot plant
  • Actively participate in shaping IT processes and solutions for prototype production of modules/high-voltage storage
  • Be responsible for the introduction and management of IT systems in the SAP logistics and maintenance area of the pilot plant
  • Create and coordinate support tickets for the department
  • Manage roles and permissions in the SAP environment
  • Conduct functional, integration, and acceptance tests

To be our forwardthinker, you should:

  • Have a degree in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration, or mathematics with a focus on IT, or a comparable qualification
  • Have knowledge of implementing SAP solutions, ideally in the BMW environment (SAP STARD, SAP EVEREST)
  • Have experience in areas such as IT architecture, IT security, test automation, cloud, data analytics, and streaming services
  • Be fluent in German and have a good command of English
