    Description

    Job Description:

    The Director of Football Operations, under the supervision of the Head Football Coach, plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the Brown University Football program. Supporting the Head Coach in various aspects, including planning and boosting a top-notch Ivy League program. It is essential for all members of the team to exhibit outstanding ethical behavior and adhere to NCAA guidelines. The role demands strict compliance with NCAA, Ivy League, and ECAC regulations. Any hint of rule violations should be promptly reported. Coaching staff must pass the NCAA Coaches Certification Test.

    • Bachelor's Degree required
    • Preference for candidates with a business background and experience in collegiate football
    • Strong organizational and management skills with proficiency in computer software
    • Dedication to the well-being of student-athletes
    • Desirable track record of fostering positive relationships with staff, coaches, athletes, and parents
    • Ability to adhere strictly to NCAA and institutional guidelines
    • Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Capable of effectively engaging with a diverse range of individuals to support University and departmental objectives
    • The selected candidate must undergo satisfactory criminal background and DMV checks as part of Brown University's pre-employment requirements
