To expand our team, we are currently seeking an experienced work planner (m/f/d) in full-time at our location in Hernando Beach, FL.

Your tasks:

  • Creation and optimization of construction schedules, phases, and deadlines during the bidding and execution phase
  • Development of equipment usage plans and formwork concepts for concrete structures
  • Support of procurement and participation in the bidding process for subcontractor services and contract awarding
  • Participation in the implementation of BIM methodology

Your profile:

  • Further education as a construction technician or a completed degree (bachelor's or master's) in civil engineering
  • Professional experience in work planning for civil engineering or construction projects
  • Knowledge in the areas of construction execution and processes, as well as in scheduling and equipment planning
  • Proficient in MS Project and MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is desirable
  • Analytical, resultsoriented, and independent work style
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
