- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
- Create purchase orders and support all business needs and divisions.
- Track client orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities)
- Manage updated records of invoices.
- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.
- Analyze data and customer projections.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Purchasing Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of supply chain procedures
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, (V-Lookups)
- Strong organizational skills can multi- task and adapt a variety of functions as needed.
- Adaptable and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
- Excellent communication skills and good judgement required.
