    As an Operations Coordinator, you would provide support and play an integral role in the success of the operations of the organization.

    You Are a Great Fit for Our Team If You

    • Are proficient in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    • Multi-task and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
    • Work independently and take initiative without immediate supervision
    • Have strong communication and grammar skills, both written and verbal
    • Are a strong team player with excellent interpersonal and time management skills
    • Pay attention to detail and are self-driven

    A Day at The Office for You Would Include

    • Support day-to-day operations of our multiple offices
    • Maintain and develop office systems and procedures
    • Analyzing information and communicating potential solutions
    • Plan and coordinate company meeting and events
    • Provide support to clients across various channels (phone, chat, email)
    • Communication between clients and operations to ensure successful transit arrangements
    • Shipment planning and scheduling with warehouses
    • Logistics coordination for customer deliveries
    • Sales contract creation
    • Customer invoicing
    • Monitor carrier performance
