Responsibilities:


  • Overall management and team leader of Landscape Install crew(s)
  • Help create and implement efficient and organized scheduling for all tasks given
  • Direct, implement and ensure consistent excellence and proper landscape practices on all of our jobs
  • Read and execute construction drawings

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Minimum (5) years experience in landscape installation and crew leading
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with installing small to large scale landscape jobs
  • Correct procedures and experience with site work, planting, transplanting, soil prep, etc.
  • Clean, NYS drivers license
  • The ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a high energy environment
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Confidence, enthusiasm, respect, leadership and a positive attitude
