With your talent and skills, you support the team and our clients in exciting IAM environments and projects
You take on the processing of requests in 3rd-level support, the recording, conception and implementation of customer-specific requirements
You are able to switch between different customer systems and adhere to the respective framework conditions for this customer
You advise our clients and implement business requirements with the involvement of the team, and identify potential for optimization
You independently handle monitoring activities and take care of error handling, working with the team and the client to find solutions

An IT education, Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science from a university, technical college or university of applied sciences, or suitable professional experience
Basic knowledge of relational databases, SQL, network protocols, and web services
Knowledge of One Identity Manager tools and authorization management (Azure, Active Directory, LDAP, MS Exchange, UNIX/LINUX, SAP, etc.)
Programming skills in C#, VB, and/or other object-oriented languages
Service-oriented thinking, ambition in finding solutions, reliable and independent work, teamwork, and strong customer skills
Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken, and good communication skills
