Job Description


As an employee in market administration (m/f/d) in Shaker Heights, OH, you will support the business and operations management with your organizational skills.


  • Office Management: You will be responsible for coordinating and processing mail and email correspondence.
  • Support: You will support the business/operations management with your organizational skills by monitoring inventory and managing appointments.
  • Organization: You will be in charge of managing all administrative processes in the wholesale market to ensure smooth operations.
  • Point of Contact: You will be available to answer questions and provide support to your colleagues in the wholesale market.
Qualifications

  • Education: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, such as office clerk (m/f/d), office communication clerk (m/f/d), or have relevant practical experience.
  • Experience and Knowledge: Ideally, you have previous experience in a similar position and are proficient in MS Office.
  • Responsibility: You are known for your conscientious and independent work style.
