We're seeking a warm and friendly Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our valued clients and their furry friends.Responsibilities
- Say Hello Cheerfully greet pets and their humans when they arrive at our resort.
- Client Communication: Answer phone calls and emails with a positive attitude, providing helpful information about our boarding, grooming, and daycare services;
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments and manage reservations to keep our resort running smoothly.
