Nemours Cardiology in Wilmington DE seeks Patient Services Rep II to join team responsible for organizing office systems appointment scheduling patient intake data verification charge entry cash collection statistical tracking office communications word processing filing of patient records.
- Provide service excellence to each patient family by performing completing designated business processes associated with an outpatient visit.
- Accomplish tasks that are part of Nemours' outpatient appointment business functions prior to at time of appointment check-in visit check-out duties may include preparing scheduled patient visits confirming authorization collecting referrals notifying Pre-Registration Authorization Department faxing hard copy referrals maintaining inventory of clerical supplies ensuring work environment waiting room is orderly clean condition.
