Shaw Renewable Investments ("DESRI") seeks a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to provide administrative support to senior members of the business in New York.

A high performer in this role may have the opportunity to be considered for full-time employment.

DESRI is a market-leading owner and operator of renewable energy projects throughout the United States that acquires, develops, owns, operates, or has contracted more than 9 gigawatts of capacity across a portfolio of over 70 renewable energy projects.

This person will play a key role in keeping business initiatives organized and on track and will be part of a collaborative team that offers a dynamic, inclusive, and engaging working environment.

  • A bachelor's degree is required. Some professional experience is preferred but not required.
  • We seek a flexible, diligent individual with welldeveloped written and verbal communication skills, as well as keen organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Administrative assistants at DESRI are accustomed to having ownership over their work product and thrive in fastpaced work environments.
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office suite skills (particularly Outlook), as well as the ability to learn and utilize productivity software such as Slack, Webex, Adobe Acrobat, and Concur, are required.
  • A teamoriented approach and a willingness to take initiative are critical for this role, as is the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
  • The ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion is a must.
  • We're open to applicants from any field who have keen judgment and can learn quickly while assisting highperforming executives.
  • Individuals may be eligible for hourly overtime pay as the role occasionally requires work outside of standard business hours.
  • The expected annual base salary for this position is $60,000 to $70,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a completion bonus, overtime for all hours worked over 40 per week, and benefits, including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401k contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
