    POSITION SUMMARY

    Provide safe and efficient transportation of hazmat products, including LPG, Ethanol, anhydrous, ammonia, biofuels, and/or refined fuels via a tank truck. Follow all guidelines and regulations for hauling bulk liquid hazmat products. Meet established transport productivity requirements. Demonstrate the ability to operate a hydraulic pump system in a safe manner. Utilize electronic dispatching software and an electronic logging device.

    Digitally prepare run tickets, vehicle inspection records, and electronic driver logs in strict adherence to all Company and agency-required environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures. Maintain strict adherence to all company, Federal, State, City, local laws, regulations, and standards including obtaining any state licensing as necessary. Maintain flexibility to adapt to schedule changes including overnight stays, nights, and weekends.

    EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

    High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Must have a current CDL license with X endorsement, as per DOT regulations.

    EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience is required, including driving a tractor-trailer unit with a GVW of 80,000 lbs or above. Hazmat transportation experience is preferred. Experience with receiving dispatch electronically and electronic logging is preferred. Willingness to work expanded shifts, weekends, and/or adapt to schedule changes as required. Willingness to share assigned truck/trailer equipment with other drivers on a rotating schedule as required. Willingness to have assigned days off during the week.

    MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

    On-time pickups, deliveries, and safe transportation of LPG products, ethanol, or other specified products as assigned. Maintaining a clean driving record per Federal, State, and DOT regulations. Strict adherence to all company policies and procedures. Maintaining and inspecting assigned tractor/trailer equipment for compliance with all DOT regulations. Detail-oriented - follow directions. Customer service and professionalism are core priorities. Maintaining a professional appearance at all times. Regularly communicate with management work progress, concerns, and questions. Maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean work environment. Adherence to all company policies and procedures.
