Your tasks.

  • You will be part of our innovative and dynamic project teams for the general planning of national and partially international commercial and logistics sites in Salem Lakes.
  • Your task will be the development and planning of these demanding projects in the field of civil engineering and outdoor facilities planning, from site development to execution planning (phases 1-5), possibly also in the later phases.
  • Management, coordination, and documentation of our planning processes in coordination with clients, authorities, and other project participants.

Your profile.

  • Successfully completed degree in civil engineering / environmental engineering or comparable qualifications.
  • Motivation, commitment, and enthusiasm.
  • Strong teamwork skills and great willingness to integrate into agile project structures.
  • Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and confident appearance.
  • Ideally several years of relevant professional experience.
  • Good CAD and MS Office skills, as well as knowledge of industry-standard technical regulations, are desirable.
