Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and scheduling intakes with best matched clinician
- Scheduling appointments for clients and managing the office calendar
- Providing administrative support to clinicians as needed
- Assisting with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and organized office space
- Collaborating with the billing department to ensure accurate and timely billing processes
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work at least 2 evenings per week and adjust schedule based on office needs
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
