Pre-Admission Coordinator

Salary:
Starting from $15.00 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Language Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish

Are you a motivated individual with excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish? Are you interested in joining a busy Plastic Surgery Center and playing a crucial role in ensuring pre-admission processes run smoothly? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you

We are currently seeking a Pre-Admission Coordinator to join our team.

In this full-time position, you will work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, to assist patients in the pre-admission process.

We provide comprehensive training, and you can start as early as tomorrow

Responsibilities:

Assist patients with preadmission paperwork and procedures.
Communicate with patients in both English and Spanish to address their questions and concerns.
Collaborate with our team to ensure a seamless preadmission experience.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to our patients.
Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail.
Customer serviceoriented.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
