Position Overview
Mul-T-Lock is seeking an Outside Sales Territory Manager for our California Territory. This role requires being on the road daily with up to 25% overnight travel. The goal is to seek new opportunities and to increase overall sales in the region.
What You will Do
- New projects development, lead generation process with focus on multifamily housing
- Uncover leads, drive new meetings, set up site visits and close business
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully developing new and existing dealers
- Utilize CRM and other tools to track and measure individual sales performance and opportunities
What We Require
- 8+ years outside sales experience in similar role
- Overnight travel up to 25%
- Highly motivated and target driven individual with proven track record in sales
- Construction market experience, Security Industry, and or Industrial Sales Experience is a plus
- Excellent Communication and negotiation Skills
- Microsoft office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook & CRM (Projects and data analysis)

Pay:
From $90,000.00 per year
