    Job Description:

    The Store Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store. They develop strategies to enhance customer service, boost store sales, increase profitability, establish store policies, and create marketing programs to expand the customer base.


    Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
    • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
    • Develop sales techniques for store management and associates
    • Manage clientele applications
    • Utilize social media to drive virtual sales
    • Identify business growth opportunities
    • Collaborate with departments for implementing business strategies
    Customer Experience:
    • Provide exceptional customer service
    • Nurture long-term customer relationships
    • Maintain a welcoming shopping environment
    • Demonstrate initiative in enhancing the shopping experience
    • Implement strategies to exceed customer expectations
    • Manage customer special orders efficiently
    • Monitor customer interactions and provide assistance

    • Ensure accurate inventory management
    • Maintain store operational procedures
    • Oversee facility maintenance and organization
    Merchandising / Visual:
    • Maintain brand standards on the selling floor
    • Provide feedback on product performance
    • Ensure inventory levels meet customer needs
    • Enhance online shopping experience
    People & Culture:
    • Identify talent needs and assist in talent acquisition
    • Motivate, develop, and retain staff
    • Offer performance feedback for growth and results
