During your training, you will rotate through the teams of VEMA, get to know all employees and their areas of responsibility, and find out where your strengths and weaknesses lie. During the course of your training, you will take on tasks from the IT and commercial areas.

You will be responsible for independent planning, preparation, and execution of work tasks in the performance processes, as well as independently developing IT solutions and analyzing work and business processes. We will take your wishes into account and prepare you with your training for a successful start in the digitized professional world.

WHAT YOU NEED TO CONVINCE US

Important for your entry into the 3-year training is a middle school diploma or general or technical university entrance qualification.

In addition, you should already have some experience with common office software.
