- Performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the apartment complex, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and stairwells.
- Collecting and disposing of trash and recycling from designated areas, ensuring proper sorting and disposal according to waste management guidelines and condominium policies.
- Assisting with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed, such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, or repairing damaged fixtures, equipment, or furniture in common areas or resident units.
- Maintaining a presence and observing activity throughout the apartment complex to deter unauthorized entry, vandalism, or other security concerns, promptly reporting any suspicious behavior or incidents to management or authorities as necessary. ons and positive experiences for buyers and sellers alike.
- Day Shift, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Monday-Friday *some weekends available*
- Porter experience preferred
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Able to pass a background check
- Good physical condition, stamina, and dexterity
