You will be responsible for international customers and ensure smooth processing of orders
You will create quotes, check incoming orders, and enter them into the SAP system
You will monitor delivery dates and maintain close contact with customers, mostly in English, both written and verbal
You will review delivery documents and ensure timely preparation of goods in the warehouse
You will create complex SAP reports and analyze data in Excel
You will take on projects and contribute to the optimization of our processes This is what you bring to the table:
You have a degree in business administration or a commercial apprenticeship
Ideally, you have experience in customer service
You are proficient in MS Office and have good written and spoken English skills
You ideally have experience with the SAP SD module
