Crisp Farms is an indoor and greenhouse agricultural company committed to increasing the accessibility and affordability of healthy local Organic produce for Texans.

At our Smithville, TX greenhouse we are seeking someone to assist in the daily operations of our organic aquaponics system and to help maintain our production schedule.

No experience is necessary We just ask that you be energetic, willing to learn, team oriented, a hard worker, and be reliable.

About you:

• You're an energetic, selfmotivated, hardworking, organized, and detailoriented individual
• You thrive in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
• You have experience or an interest in organic agriculture and/or controlled environment agriculture, gardening, and/or plants. (This isn't necessary, but it does help)
• You're friendly, have strong communication skills, and are easy to work with
• You're comfortable writing and maintaining records and reports
• You're on time, reliable, and have your own transportation
• You have a highschool diploma or relevant work experience
• You're able to lift 50 lbs. regularly, able to work standing for prolonged periods of time, and comfortable working in temperatures ranging from 3495 F
• You're able to pass a preemployment drug screening
• You're able to work a standard M-F 40 hour work week with the ability to take on two 2 hour weekend shifts once per month.

• Crisp Farms is a greenhouse and indoor farm that utilizes organic aquaponics to grow lettuce, herbs, and other greens for major retailers across Texas.
