- Build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers to establish trust and create effective strategies that drive successful outcomes.
- Lead negotiations and sourcing efforts for the Digital Technology team, ensuring optimal results.
- Develop and implement global sourcing strategies that align with the Digital Technology requirements of the organization.
- Collaborate with Sourcing and DT leadership to meet commercial needs and achieve desired cost, performance, service, and business objectives.
- Foster mutually beneficial relationships and strategic partnerships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
- Assist Commodity Leaders in technology-related negotiations and effective management of category spend across the company.
- Work closely with Senior Commodity Leader(s) to negotiate various contracts, focusing on hardware, software, and professional services, with an emphasis on software agreements.
- Engage with finance, compliance, and legal experts to ensure successful negotiation and execution of contracts, such as Master Services Agreements, Software License Agreements, and Non-Disclosure Agreements.
- Minimum of 5 years of IT Sourcing experience with a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (OR a minimum of 8 years of experience in IT Sourcing or IT Program Management with a High School Diploma / GED).
- Proficiency in Office tools including Excel, Word, and PPT, as well as other essential workplace tools for data analysis and contract evaluation.
- Prior experience in Software sourcing within a large organization.
- Familiarity with Cloud agreements.
- Background in oil and gas operations would be advantageous.
- Capability to work independently in a fast-paced global setting.
- Proficient in using Ariba and other ERP systems from the first day.
- Experience in RFQ and RFP development, implementation, and execution.
