Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative with exceptional scheduling skills to join our team.

As a Call Center Representative/Appointment scheduler, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist patients with scheduling appointments, resolving inquiries and providing exceptional customer service, as well as ensuring accurate and timely data entry.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with scheduling appointments, managing reservations, and coordinating services.
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding services, pricing, and availability.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with patience and empathy.
  • Utilize computer systems to update customer information, schedule appointments, and document interactions.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is entered promptly and with high attention to detail.
  • Follow communication scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Maintain a positive and customerfocused attitude in all interactions.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
  • Flexibility to work holidays and school holidays as needed.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Bilingual proficiency may be advantageous but not required.

Pay:
Up to $14.00 per hour
