    Description

    Position Purpose

    This position supports our external quality metrics for the Savannah manufacturing facility KTO drive down customer defects. This role works closely with the internal quality team and the engineering team to discuss the best ways to close concerns found in the field. This position works closely with the service department on our status on defects and supports the customer focus center with information from warranty data daily.

    Nature & Scope

    Reports to Quality Manager

    Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities

    • warranty claims from the dealer
    • task to investigate claims to closure
    • reports on the company status on warranty claims
    • inspection list for the customer focus center
    • the best methods for analyzing large, complex data sets

    Minimum Qualifications

    • degree or higher in relevant field
    • years of experience with quality in a manufacturing environment
    • analytical and problem-solving skills
    • in MS office and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
    • attention to detail and accuracy
    • interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills
    • to prioritize and manage multiple projects wile meeting deadlines
    • knowledge and implementation of sales reporting processes
    • to take direction well and work with minimal supervision

    Preferred Qualifications

    • degree
    • years of experience with quality in a manufacturing environment

    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies

    • time management and planning skills
    • verbal and written communication skills
    • listening skills
    • with work activities; available for overtime
    • wear personal protective equipment as required
