- Associates degree or higher in relevant field
- 3 years of experience with quality in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS office and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects wile meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated knowledge and implementation of sales reporting processes
- Ability to take direction well and work with minimal supervision
- Bachelors degree
- 5 years of experience with quality in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent time management and planning skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Effective listening skills
- Flexibility with work activities; available for overtime
- Must wear personal protective equipment as required
- Must be able to work flexible schedule.

Position Purpose
This position supports our external quality metrics for the Savannah manufacturing facility KTO drive down customer defects. This role works closely with the internal quality team and the engineering team to discuss the best ways to close concerns found in the field. This position works closely with the service department on our status on defects and supports the customer focus center with information from warranty data daily.
