Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as an Online Produce Orderer and Warehouse Assistant.

In this role, you will be responsible for placing produce orders online, coordinating pickups, and assisting with warehouse operations to ensure efficient inventory management.

Responsibilities:

• Place orders for produce items based on inventory levels, demand forecasts, and sales trends.
• Coordinate pickups of orders from suppliers and ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods.
• Inspect incoming produce shipments for quality, quantity, and accuracy.
• Assist in inventory management tasks, including stock rotation, labeling, and tracking.
• Collaborate with the team to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in inventory counts and audits as needed.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, team members, and management regarding order statuses and inventory levels.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and quality standards in handling produce items.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in warehouse management is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in online order placement.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy boxes or crates.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations or food handling is advantageous but not required.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
