Description

The Concierge is responsible for ensuring that guests have an exceptional and memorable experience during their stay in the Group, Loyalty & Concierge Class. They work closely with the Guest Relations team to act as a liaison between guests, corporate teams, and various hotel and marine departments. The Concierge must have excellent hospitality, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to make effective decisions.

Requirements:

  • At least two (2) years of experience in a luxury setting, with a focus on customer service, concierge services, loyalty programs, or event planning.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education, training, and experience that provides the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Confident and professional appearance, with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to think creatively and handle conflicts effectively. Knowledge of food and beverage service is also required.
  • Willingness to fulfill the responsibilities outlined above and any other reasonable requests from the company.
