    Overview:
    As the Senior Technical Project Manager, you will lead program and process initiatives within Business Applications at Origami Risk.


    Additionally, you are responsible for examining and improving existing processes as well as designing new processes to support our evolving business needs.


    Responsibilities:
    Works with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, scope, and requirements.
    Assures alignment and understanding across a diverse set of project and process stakeholders.
    Leads change management efforts ensuring well-planned, well-documented, and predicable outcomes.
    Identifies potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Continually assess and monitor risks throughout the project's lifecycle.
    Monitors project timelines, identify delays or bottlenecks, and take corrective actions to keep the project on schedule.
    Develops and maintains project dashboards and KPIs.
    Examines new and existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas where improvements can be made.
    Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design new processes and workflows that align with business objectives, scalability, and efficiency.

    Creates and maintains detailed process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and guidelines for easy reference and training.

    Gathers data related to process performance, such as cycle times, error rates, and resource utilization, and use this data to make informed decisions about process improvements.

    Continuously seeks opportunities to optimize and streamline processes, reducing manual intervention, and enhancing efficiency.

    Brings a strong knowledge of traditional and modern project frameworks and a robust understanding of Cloud technologies and SaaS operations to a growing IT organization.

    Qualifications:
    7+ years of experience in technical project management
    BS/BA degree in economics/business/industrial engineering; MBA is a plus
    Extensive experience in leading cross company business transformation projects for Enterprise SaaS Companies (e.g. business offshoring, office 365 migration, cross-company process implementation, large scale IT solutions implementation, building NOC for cloud operations)
    Deep technical expertise in SaaS Operations
    Advanced project management methodologies knowledge
    Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies
    Solid knowledge of ITSM processes
    Understanding of process design and optimization methodologies tailored to software development and delivery processes
    Strategic thinking aligned with organizational goals
    Budget and resource management experience
    Expertise in risk management and stakeholder relations
    Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
    Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) and continuous improvement mindset
    Experienced with Public Cloud solutions and platforms.
