Description
Accountabilities:
- Provide leadership, guidance and supervision of the clinical staff to ensure the provision of safe, quality care in a productive manner
- Participates in interviewing, hiring and orientation of new clinical staff
- Has broad base of knowledge related to immunizations, preventative care for all ages
- Can operate clinical equipment and perform the same duties as the clinical staff including phlebotomy
- Experience with Pediatrics preferred
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- BSN required
Preferred:
Integral knowledge of Cardiology
BLS to obtain upon hire
