Job Responsibilities:
- Serve customers by selling products and meeting their needs.
- Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules.
- Present a variety of accessories tailored to customers' vehicle needs.
- Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential customers' needs.
- Submit orders by referring to price lists, product literature, and manufacturer websites.
- Monitor product levels by gathering information on pricing, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
- Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Ensure timely followup on all customer orders, quotes, and materials.
- Maintain uptodate awareness of new and existing products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of sales experience preferred
- Familiarity with office software and phone systems
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8:45 am to 5:00 pm
- Must be in attendance at least 15 minutes before and after store hours
- Minimal overtime work required
