Your future responsibilities include:

  • Overall coordination of the fleet of the SCIO Automation Group in close coordination and collaboration with local operational units in Germany as well as with our service providers
  • Ensuring proper administration, maintenance and disposition of the fleet at the Frankenthal location
    • Point of contact for drivers for all tasks and questions related to the fleet
    • Acceptance of vehicles, registration and handover to drivers
    • Organization and monitoring of vehicle returns
    • Disposition of pool/rental and replacement vehicles
    • Monitoring of vehicle-related deadlines (TÜV, leasing periods, summer/winter tires)
    • Accident handling (communication with insurance companies, organization and monitoring)
  • Control and coordination of all processes within fleet management in collaboration with local operational units, such as:
    • Mobility guarantees
    • Insurance policies
