    Not only do we personally handle all logistics and organization, but we also seamlessly blend that with carefully thought-out event concepts that engage our clients and their employees. Core services could include: Transportation, Professional Staffing, Entertainment, Décor & Theme Concepts, Off-Property Venues, Event Design & Development, Dine-Arounds, Activities, Teambuilding, Registration & Hospitality, VIP Services and Professional & Motivational Speakers.

    WHAT DO WE NEED?

    We are currently seeking hospitality-oriented event staff interested in joining our Monterey & Carmel teams Event staff are part-time W-2 employees who work for us on an as-needed basis and are officially titled Field Representatives. As a Field Representative at 360DG, you'll assist with bringing to life a variety of corporate events ranging from carnival-themed seminars to Latin nightclub receptions all while collaborating with professionals who are equally as passionate about creating memorable experiences as you

    The majority of the work takes place on weekdays after 5:00pm and you will be compensated for a minimum of 5 hours for each assignment (for example: if you work a 2-hour shift, you will still be compensated for 5 hours).     Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Be friendly, professional, attentive and have a positive attitude. Show your hospitality heart
    • Know all details of the Field Representative Agreement (reimbursables, code of conduct, scheduling, communications).
    • Attend required annual in person and online training classes, complete by due date.
    • Be thoroughly familiar with the details of your assigned shift and follow direction given by your Operations Manager.
    • Have reliable transportation to be able to travel throughout your resident city, expect to cover the first 25 miles on your own, the balance can be submitted for reimbursement.
    • Be punctual and arrive prepared for your shift when scheduled:
    1. Print Schedule of Services, group sign and/or the program manifest.
    2. Bring clear clip board, counter/clicker, fully charged smart phone, phone charger, water, snacks, and meals.
    3. Arrive in uniform. If a uniform has not yet been provided, wear an all-black short sleeve shirt and black pants.
    4. Keep records of guest counts, driver details, and any pertinent event information. Communicate any updates, changes, or challenges to your Operations Manager.
    • Perform duties as per the Schedule of Services which will be emailed prior to the event.
    • Assist and support your fellow Field Staff.
    • When interacting with clients, hotel partners and vendors - be attentive, patient, and professional.
    • Be proactive in anticipating clients' needs and in taking steps to ensure an exceptional program and experience.
    • Be reactive to issues that may arise during the program.
    • Maintain a good, general-working knowledge of local destinations in your city/event location (i.e.: fun facts, historical events).
    • Validate shift hours in Paylocity and submit expenses per the payroll calendar.

    • A minimum of one year work experience in the hospitality industry.
    • Familiarity of the local area, hotels, tourist attractions, and airport.
    • A "can-do" attitude with strong people and communication skills.
    • Knowledge of technology (smart phones, tablets, computers, internet, printers, etc.)
