In this part-time position (up to 32 hours/week) at our new AWO forest kindergarten in Gochsheim/Weyer, you will shape the pedagogical work according to the life-world-oriented approach, as well as the guiding principles of AWO and the quality management standards of the organization.

You will take on tasks in the pedagogical field, work on projects, and develop the pedagogical concept together with your colleagues.


The main difference from conventional kindergartens is that the children and their caregivers spend their kindergarten days in the great outdoors.

Outdoor activities take place in all weather conditions, and pre-made toys are largely avoided.
