Job Description

Supply guests with directions and information about property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities. Contact the relevant individual or department when needed to address guest calls, requests, or issues. Follow up with guests to ensure their needs are met. Take accurate messages and respond to special requests from guests. Communicate VIP arrivals for proper assistance.

Adhere to company policies and procedures. Report any incidents or unsafe conditions. Ensure a neat and professional appearance. Welcome and assist guests according to standards. Maintain positive relationships with colleagues. Suggest ideas for improving efficiency and quality. Perform various tasks as instructed.
