Description
Our client seeks a highly skilled and experienced VP Ecommerce to join their company.

This role will play a crucial role in the strategic planning and overall success, requiring strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive change and innovation.


Responsibilities:


  • Define the eCommerce local strategy. Working closely with the HQ Digital Business, Retail, Marketing, Merchandising, Customer Experience, Finance and Logistic teams to coordinate all projects and initiatives in line with the Company's overall strategy.
  • Focus to maximize visibility and online sales: Site Merchandising, Digital Marketing, CRO (conversion rate optimization), Web Analytics and Insight, Omnichannel services, Customer Care
  • Manage P&L for online initiatives (direct Ecommerce and Marketplaces), ensuring delivery on budget, sales analysis, and monthly forecasts. Prepare regular reports and presentations on ecommerce performance, key metrics, and actionable insights for senior management and HQ.
  • Manage end to end E-Commerce operational activities to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery processes to achieve Customer Satisfaction and Business Unit objectives. Work to increase omnichannel sales and maximize crossfunctional synergies while ensuring consistency of customer experience and brand positioning and presentation.
  • Consult on all crossfunctional projects to ensure E-Commerce principles and local requirements are incorporated.
  • Build and lead a highperforming Ecommerce team fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:


  • 10+ years' experience within the digital commerce or retail industry.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus in business
  • Experience as an eCommerce P&L owner at or above a similar scale.
  • A deep attention to detail and dedication to accuracy and precision.
  • Highly collaborative and eager to support the growth and rising of others.
  • Ability to work and learn independently and collaboratively on complementary teams

Pay:
$150, $200,000.00 per year
