As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests and regulars.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to customers
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take orders and process payments using cash register or POS system
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses
• Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient bar operations
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Experience in craft & classic bartending required
• Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
• Willingness to learn and educate guests on the brands and bottles D13 carries
• Proficient in operating cash registers or POS systems
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to adhere to the thematic atmosphere
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
• Strong time management skills to ensure prompt service
• Trusted to work in a solo environment
