- Direct the operation of the plant which includes safety and environmental compliance, manufacturing quality products, production, cost optimization, yield and sustainability
- Oversee performance development for all salaried colleagues at the facility

- Excellent communication skills to provide guidance and feedback
- Results driven to provide support to achieve the goals established by the division
- Experience in Performance Excellence is preferred
- Demonstrated track record of continuous improvement/Readiness
- The ability to provide motivation to the direct reports and demonstrate leadership qualities to all plant personnel
- Use Performance Excellence and A2E to drive improvement and collaboration
- BA/BS in feed science manufacturing, engineering or a related field of study is preferred – MBA is a plus
- 5 year's production management experience
