    Description

    Title:

    Document Control SpecialistLocation: Eagleville, PAType: Contract to HireSchedule: On-Site M-F 8-5Overview:Our client a medical device manufacturer in Eagleville, PA is looking to add a Document Control Specialist to their team If you are experienced with updating procedures, creating and doing change controls, and filing records for production apply nowResponsibilities: Receives, logs, tracks, and processes change requests (CCO) including reviewing for impact, grammar, and formatting, ensuring documents are on appropriate templates.

    Coordinates and tracks documentation through review and approval stages, assisting in completing change orders and ensuring forward momentum in processes.

    Maintains records and electronic QMS filing systems, ensuring completeness, and accuracy, and updating logs accordingly.
    Implements document control policies and procedures to provide high-value, high-quality services for client satisfaction and success.

    Prepares and controls various document types including Design History Files, Device Master Records, and Device History Records, ensuring compliance with standards and customer requirements.


    Requirements:
    Bachelors degree, and/or relevant work experience- 5 years of Document Control or Administration experience (medical device preferred)Detail-oriented and ability to multi-taskAbility to work well in a cross-functional team#M3
