    Description
    Summary:

    We've partnered with a small but mighty award-winning wealth management firm in search of a Client Service Associate This is an exciting opportunity to grow in the wealth management arena and into a Financial Advisor (upon completion of Series 65 or 66). This role will operate fully onsite in Waunakee, WI Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Pay is $60,000+/year based on experience and licensure. Competitive benefits offered.

    Responsibilities:
    • Ensure clients receive professional service and timely responses to requests
    • Serve as initial point of contact in office as well as via phone and email
    • Identify needs and respond with appropriate information
    • Coordinate client and firm events to meet desired objectives
    • Support daily office operations
    • Adhere to confidentiality, security, and privacy protocols
    Qualifications:
    • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
    • 2+ years of related experience
    • Licensed: Series 65 or Series 66 within 6 months of employment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse group of people and businesses
    • Strong basic math skills
    • Ability and willingness to quickly learn information, and work with little supervision
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality of both client and staff information
