We are expecting to open new offices here in Southern California in the upcoming years, and we will look within our team to select qualified individuals to run those offices.

Here at INC Real Estate, we offer the extensive training, tools, and resources you need to become successful in the facilitation, processing, and closing of real estate investment transactions.
Our two-week, comprehensive on-site training course followed by 75 days of one on one field training with our Executive/Founder will ensure that you are equipped to build an expansive investor portfolio, seek out prime real estate, evaluate investment opportunities, and understand the transaction process.
Becoming an Asset Manager at INC Real Estate gives you the chance to acquire a high volume of properties without months of farming.

Asset Managers daily functions include, but are not limited to:_
- Evaluating & analyzing investment properties & rehab costs
- Negotiating & acquiring investment property
- Working with investor clients through the "flip" or "buy & hold" process
