Media Technician / Event Technician (m/f/d) Full-time | Permanent | Munich What to expect from us User support for the use of our audiovisual equipment, both in internal training and meeting rooms, as well as at external events Administration and configuration of company-specific audiovisual equipment Support for extensive video conferences and streaming events with participants from both internal and external sources Planning and execution of test and trial settings for events Set-up and dismantling of audiovisual equipment, as well as operation and support of transmission techniques for events and webinars Contact person (m/f/d) for technical equipment (Cisco Webex, Logitech, Poly, OBS Studio) in conference rooms and our webinar room What you bring Completed technical training or a degree in media technology, communication electronics, event technology, information technology or a comparable field First professional experience in technical support for events with audiovisual components Good knowledge in the areas of video and network technology Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor Enjoyment
