JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position processes quote requests and provides costs and confirmation of products to the customer. It's a great opportunity to work with a privately held group that takes pride in their work, providing the highest level of quality and service to customers


Typical Functions:


  • Evaluate bid specifications and drawings
  • Provide accurate and timely cost estimates, contracts and supporting documents
  • Review design changes and modify quote accordingly
  • Communicate with customers and sales team to qualify project expectations

Qualifications

  • Proficiencies with Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and MBS
  • Must have the ability to interpret blueprints and bid specifications
  • General construction knowledge
  • Related associate degree and/or equivalent work experience

Pay:
$60, $85,000.00 per year

  • Construction estimating: 2 years (required)
  • Preengineered metal building estimating: 2 years (required)
  • MBS software: 2 years (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Houston, TX 77082: Relocate before starting work (required)
