DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Evaluate machines which fail to hold approved percentages or to their expectations.
  • Perform major/minor, scheduled/nonscheduled repairs on slot machines.
  • Check all gaming related equipment for evidence of cheating and mechanical malfunctions.
  • Complete accurate records, listing repairs of department equipment in accordance with Department Policies and Procedures.
  • Communicate duties with other Slot Technicians from shift to shift.
  • Monitor, and repair the slot tracking system as needed.
  • Perform needed repairs, and modifications on slot machines on the casino floor.
  • Move and install slot machines as needed.
  • Able to maintain regular and predictable attendance as scheduled.
  • Be able to respond to machine malfunctions in a timely manner.
  • Must attend and be certified in all applicable trainings required.
  • All other departmental duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:


  • Minimum age requirement is 2
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in electronics repair or in the gaming industry.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Must have good guest service skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • Must be able to obtain and retain a gaming license through the Tule River Tribe Gaming Commission.

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL:


  • While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to talk and hear.
  • Regularly required to stand, sit, walk, and use hand to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
  • Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Must be able to operate in mentally and physically stressful situations.
  • Must be able to work in a noisy and smokefilled environment.
  • Noise level is moderate to high on the casino floor.
  • Exposed daily to flashing lights and ringing bells.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 75lbs.
  • Must be able to work in a noisy and smokefilled environment.
  • Must be able to perform the essential duties of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Slot Supervisor


SUPERVISES:
None


HOURS:
The casino operates 24/7. Schedule, shift, and hours will vary.


SALARY:
$/hr. / weekly pay / overtime eligible
