    *LPN | 3p-11p | Long Term Care in Delaware*Overview:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to patients in various healthcare settings. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals in need of medical assistance.


    Responsibilities:

    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
    • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
    • Assist with medical procedures such as cardiac catheterization and botulinum toxin treatment
    • Perform phlebotomy and collect laboratory specimens for testing
    • Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
    • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
    • Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, medications, and selfcare techniques
    • Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards

    Experience:

    • Previous experience working with children is preferred
    • Familiarity with occupational health practices is a plus
    • Knowledge of medication administration protocols
    • Experience working in assisted living or nursing home facilities is beneficial
    • Proficiency in performing dermal fillers is an asset

    Qualifications:

    • Valid LPN license in [state]
    • CPR certification
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work well in a team environment
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
