    Responsibilities

    Coordinate and/or lead assigned project(s).


    • Can establish trust and build strong relationships with clinicians, leadership and partners
    • Able to communicate with various levels of users within the organization
    • Writes clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles while tailoring the message based on audience
    • Ability to document clearly and concisely for communications and workflows
    • Embraces change and is not limited to past or current thinking: willing to try new methods
    • Disseminates communications as needed (physical flyers, safety huddles, department rounds)
    • Onbarding readiness preparation
    • EHR Training, Dragon, EPCS, at-the-elbow support, rounding/end user adoption
    • Project go-live support (rounds, elbow support, training, etc)
    • Downtime / outage support
    Requirements


    Education:

    • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
    Additional Preferences


    • Clinical experience in a hospital setting
    • EHR experience, preferably Cerner
    • Healthcare IT
