Job summary
The operations trainer position is responsible for the evaluation of plant training enhancing the on boarding process and the recommendation of appropriate courses of action to management.Responsibilities
- Effectively train new employees both in production and classroom environments during their initial 90 days of employment to assist them in adapting to their new roles and responsibilities.
- Maintain employee progress motivate them to achieve maximum quality productivity ensure all hourly and management support employees receive appropriate training needed to perform jobs with above average proficiency correct retrain employees exhibiting behavior contrary previous training continually look for new ways deliver quality hands on training recommend various methods ensure training goals initiatives met maintain pertinent records timely submittal work department managers keeping everyone informed status all training programs identify document trends involving employees tools or jobs/tasks having most difficulty develop plan action conduct audits identify gaps deficiencies work production management optimize production positively contributing safety quality cost validate outcomes materials methods working production management perform duties assigned.
