Job summary
The Operations Trainer will have a dual role between Training and HR activities.This position will be responsible for creating, documenting, training, and tracking training for the organization.
Continually assessing employee training needs in relation to the organization's objectives,
and supporting the HR Manager in various HR related activities including onboarding,
employee relations and other HR related tasks.
- Create engaging multi-modality training materials and programs.
- Maintain ASP's training matrix.
