- Providing weekend coverage for a high-end Real Estate Company.
- Act as the first point of contact for the company greeting clients, and guests and answering the phone.
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Assisting Agents with daily tasks, scheduling emails, and other assignments as needed.
- Providing administrative support to team members with data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. when necessary.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills.
Well-verses in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations. -
